Stüva is the name of the restaurant in Ischgl, where he cooked his way to 19 out of 20 points and was promoted to the exclusive league of five toque-awarded chefs. 14 Tyrolean restaurants were able to secure four toques in 2023, 16 restaurants three toques and 38 restaurants were awarded two toques by Gault Millau.
