Kufsteinerland comprises the town of Kufstein, known for its historic fortress and as the "Pearl on the Inn", and eight picturesque villages. Fringed by the mountain ranges of the "Zahmen Kasiser" and the "Wilder Kaiser", Kufsteinerland is also known as the "Gateway to the Tirolean Alps".

• Ecological, economical and flexible is the motto of the "Beecar" company , which has electric vehicles in its fleet for "car sharing".
• A regional competence centre is to be established with the cooperative "Kufstein mobil” for the Kufstein region and its surroundings.
